When you generate a draft with Aeralis, here's exactly what happens: The email thread you're responding to is sent securely to our servers, where it's combined with your profile settings, custom prompts, and any context sources you've configured.

This combined information is then processed by the Google Gemini AI model, which generates your draft. The draft is returned to Gmail and saved as an editable draft in your account. Immediately after generation, all email content is permanently deleted from our systems.

No, you never lose your data. When you downgrade from a paid plan to the Free tier (or to a lower-tier paid plan), all your profiles, custom prompts, context URLs, uploaded files, and settings are preserved in your account.

The only change is that certain features may become inactive based on your new plan's limits. For example, if you had 5 profiles on Pro and downgrade to Free (which includes 1 profile), your additional profiles are saved but only your default profile will be active. Upgrade again and all your profiles are immediately accessible.
