How do I install Aeralis?
Install Aeralis from the Google Workspace Marketplace, then open Gmail and click the Aeralis icon in the side panel. Sign in with your Google account and you can generate your first email right away.
What counts toward my monthly email limit?
Each draft or reply you generate counts as one email. Editing or discarding a draft does not use an additional credit. The free plan includes 15 emails per month; Pro and Business plans are unlimited.
Does Aeralis store my email content?
No. Aeralis processes your request, generates the draft, and discards the input. Only anonymous usage metrics like token counts are collected. Email content is only stored if you explicitly share it through the feedback form.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing portal at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
