What are Context URLs?
Context URLs allow you to provide Aeralis with access to specific websites or documentation. When generating emails, Aeralis can reference this information to create more accurate and contextual responses.
How It Works
- Add URLs to your profile (e.g., your company website, product documentation)
- When generating an email, Aeralis fetches and reads the content from these URLs
- The AI uses this information to write more informed, accurate emails
Use Cases
Company Information
Add your company's website so Aeralis can:
- Reference accurate product names and descriptions
- Include correct pricing or feature information
- Use your brand's terminology
Client Websites
Add client websites to:
- Understand their business and industry
- Reference their products or services correctly
- Write more personalized communications
Documentation
Add internal documentation URLs to:
- Reference policies or procedures
- Include accurate technical information
- Ensure consistency with official guidelines
Adding Context URLs
From the Web Dashboard
- Go to aeralis.ai/profiles
- Edit your profile
- Scroll to the Grounding Tools section
- Add URLs in the Context URLs field
- Save your profile
URL Limits
| Plan | Max URLs per Profile |
|---|---|
| Free | 0 |
| Pro | 20 |
| Business | 20 |
Best Practices
- Use specific pages - Link to specific product pages or docs rather than just the homepage
- Keep URLs current - Update URLs if pages move or content changes
- Prioritize relevant content - Add URLs most relevant to the emails you'll generate
- Test the results - Generate a sample email to verify the AI is using the context correctly
Limitations
- URLs must be publicly accessible (no login required)
- Very large pages may be summarized
- Dynamic content (JavaScript-rendered) may not be fully captured
- Some websites may block automated access
